Meet Polly Vickery
I began my career in fashion production before launching a global fashion label with my twin sister. Our brand featured young trend pieces, bold prints, and illustrations, and was sold in the UK and internationally, including House of Fraser, ASOS, and Topshop. I managed our website, which sparked my passion for web design. After closing the brand, I shifted to ecommerce and marketing, but gravitated towards design.
Discovering Squarespace, I built my first site for a makeup artist friend, which led to more projects. I took a UX design course and learned coding. A chance meeting with Joe Talbot from Idles boosted my business when I designed their site.
With my background in running a small business and expertise in ecommerce and marketing, I understand clients' needs and the importance of an effective site. I'm innovative, constantly learning, and stay updated on web design trends.
