Crafting Class Participation Waiver
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that the crafting class involves the use of materials and tools such as scissors, glue, paint, small items, and other craft supplies. I acknowledge that participation may involve minor risks, including cuts, scrapes, allergic reactions, or accidental contact with materials.
I accept full responsibility for my child’s participation and agree that they may take part in all class activities.
2. Medical Authorisation
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorise the class instructors or staff to seek appropriate medical care for my child. I agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

3. Liability Release
I release and hold harmless the organisers, instructors, venue, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my child’s participation in the crafting class, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4. Behavior & Safety
I understand that my child is expected to follow safety instructions and behave respectfully. If unsafe behavior occurs, the instructor may require the child to sit out or be picked up early.
